Prime south-coast parade sold for Redevco

We are delighted to have completed the sale of 56-76 Commercial Road, Bournemouth, on behalf of Redevco.

The ownership comprises a well-configured, 100% prime retail parade, with tenants including Zara, Sports Direct, JD Sports, River Island and HSBC making up 97% of the income.

There is also significant potential for extension and/or conversion to residential or alternative use, subject to planning.
