Forge has successfully advised Jaspar Group on the sale of The Georgian, a landmark Grade II listed hotel and restaurant investment in the heart of Haslemere.

Occupying a prominent position on the High Street, the 18th century property has been extensively refurbished and comprises 14,020 sq ft of accommodation, including a restaurant and bar, 13 boutique hotel bedrooms, an attractive outdoor terrace and 13 dedicated parking spaces.

The property is let in its entirety to Coppa Club, guaranteed by Various Eateries Plc, on a 20 year lease expiring in April 2042. The lease benefits from five yearly index linked rent reviews and a turnover linked rental structure.
