Forge has successfully advised PPR Estates on the sale of 46-48 Station Road East, Oxted.
Located in one of Surrey’s most affluent commuter towns, the property comprises a prominent retail block, predominantly let to Boots. The remaining income is secured to Kinjo, a popular Japanese restaurant, which has recently extended its lease.
Boots has occupied the building for over 30 years and has recently recommitted to a new 10-year lease without break. The store incorporates a large pharmacy and distribution service, supporting the wider region.
Joe Baio commented:
“We’re really pleased to have delivered a strong result for PPR Estates. Following a comprehensive marketing campaign and a competitive best bids process, we secured a price in excess of our guide. The buyer and their team performed exceptionally well and have acquired a highly defensive investment with a committed tenant line-up.”
